Woodville, Wisconsin is a village in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,344 at the 2010 census.

Woodville is located at 44°56′57″N 92°17′21″W (44.949243, -92.289282).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.77 square miles (4.58 km2), all of it land.

Founded in 1870, the community was originally named Kelly's Switch, for a nearby mill owner. In 1874 that name was dropped and the village was renamed after Woodville, Jefferson County, New York.
