Endeavor Wisconsin is a village in Marquette County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 468 at the 2010 census.

Endeavor is located at 43°42′57″N 89°28′8″W (43.715813, -89.468948).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.79 square miles (2.05 km2), of which, 0.73 square miles (1.89 km2) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 468 people, 175 households, and 126 families residing in the village. The population density was 641.1 inhabitants per square mile (247.5/km2). There were 189 housing units at an average density of 258.9 per square mile (100.0/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 90.2% White, 1.9% African American, 1.1% Native American, 1.9% Asian, 2.4% from other races, and 2.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.5% of the population.

There were 175 households of which 37.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.6% were married couples living together, 9.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 28.0% were non-families. 20.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.67 and the average family size was 3.12.

The median age in the village was 37.2 years. 27.4% of residents were under the age of 18; 8.9% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 26.1% were from 25 to 44; 28.5% were from 45 to 64; and 9.2% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 50.2% male and 49.8% female.
